DESIGN AND DIGITISING

One off Digitising and Vectoring are priced at £10.00 + VAT per logo, per size. (Except on orders with 15 items or more where this fee is waived).  Any further orders requiring personalisation with a logo already digitised/vectorised will not incur this fee. 

We cannot be held responsible for any artwork or digitising mistakes such as; spelling, size of lettering, and colours once approved.

DELIVERY & PRICING

All prices stated on this site exclude carriage, which is added at the end of the order. If your order exceeds £100.00 (exc. VAT), then you are entitled to free standard delivery.

Prices on this website do not include decoration costs (such as Embroidery or printing). If you require decoration on your garments please state on the personalisation section and we will be in touch to quote accordingly. 

CONTACTING US

You can contact us between 9:00 am and 5.00pm Monday to Thursday and 9:00am till 2:00pm on a Friday. Our aim is to get back to your emails and messages within 1-2 working hours. Please visit our ‘Contact us’ page for our address and other information.

RETURNS

Any returns must be made and back at our store 14 days within the receipt of your order. If we do not receive it back within this time we will be unable to give you a refund.

We cannot accept returns if a product/s are inadequate due to faulty of the buyer. For example, wrong sizing, colour, type etc.

We cannot accept returns if they are already personalised, unless the product is faulty on our behalf.

We shall only accept returns if a product/s are inadequate due to fault on our behalf. For example, personalisation wrong, or a faulty garment.

CANCELLATIONS

Cancellations can only be made up to 6 working hours after you have placed your order/s.

If it is after the 6 working hours we will be unable to cancel your order. You will still be charged and will still receive the garments to your dispatch address.

PAYMENT

We require payment in full before production of orders. Goods will not be completed or dispatched until payment is complete.

 

It is the customers responsibility to illustrate or mark where the logos are desired. If no marks or specific requirements are made by the customer, it will be to the discression of the Embroiderer.
